All change ... again

So, here we are again.  Another two months between updates!

And after I had promised to get back to regular and, reasonably, frequent updates!

I can only apologise once more.  As I said back in June, I loved Danielle and Clark and was looking forward to developing their relationship.  I also had a big story in mind that would evolve over many chapters.  Unfortunately, I think that is what has given me problems.  I had spent so long away from them that I developed this big ol' block about how I should get from where they were to the big complicated story I had in my head.  The more I worried about it the more difficult it seemed.

So, what I have done, and this really is me not playing a proper legacy at all, is start over with a new family with a simple story and gradually get back into writing the big stuff again.

Last month a very kind and generous Simmer gifted me Aurora Skies and I have been looking for a family to take there and see how the world plays.  A week ago I loaded it up gave my new character a home and started playing from the beginning of a story again, and it's fun again! :-)

However, if you have been following the Slade family, I have good news as well.  My new character is none other than Damien Brandon Slade. All his family background was too useful to simply abandon and it means that, if I feel up to it, I can bring Danielle and Clark, maybe Carl and Malia, possibly even Brandon back into the story.

I am truly sorry that I don't feel capable of continuing the Danielle and Clark story and I hope you can forgive me and come along with me as I discover what the future holds for Damien.
